Your right

Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of processing for targeted advertising. We do not sell personal information for money, but our use of advertising and analytics cookies may qualify as 'sharing' or a 'sale' under those laws.

How to opt out

• Email privacy@easydaysdrink.com with the subject line 'Opt Out' and the email address associated with your orders.
• Disable advertising cookies in your browser settings.
• Enable Global Privacy Control in a supported browser or extension — we honor it as a valid opt-out signal where required.

Authorized agents

You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We require written proof of authorization and may verify your identity directly.

Other privacy requests

To access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, email privacy@easydaysdrink.com. We respond within the timeframe your state law requires and will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

Appeals

If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision email. We will respond to the appeal in writing and, where required, tell you how to contact your state attorney general.
